The MFLC Service Center is available to you for assistance with any questions you have. The center manages the distribution of the MFLC smartphones and provides support for inquiries related to:

-Smartphones -TimeW
- Counselor Forms -CareW
-MFLC website -Material Requests

The phone line is monitored by Logistics Coordinators during regular hours of operation. After hours, you are able to leave a voicemail or send an email. We will respond to all messages within 48 hours. If you prefer to initiate support directly to a point of contact:

For password resets within Magellan systems, please contact the IT Help Desk by calling 1-888-411-6343 (option #1) or selecting the IT Help Desk prompt from the MFLC Service Center menu.

For questions related to employee payroll, Workday, employee benefits, or Magellan employee training through Saba, please contact HR by logging into VERN.

For questions related to expense reimbursement or contractor counselor payments, please send an email to [email protected]. There is no phone support available for MFLC Finance. Inquiries will be responded to within 24 business hours.
